This is an informal meeting where we can discuss specific goals you may have. It will also give you an insight to how we may reach these goals, and if you feel comfortable continuing. It is also a great way of asking any questions with regards to fitness training.
We can look at some basic exercises that will help you towards reaching your fitness goals and it will also give me a good idea of your current fitness levels, to allow me to design a training program suitable to you.
- SLEEP - Try and get at least 8 hours sleep a night. Sleep deprivation leads to stress, tiredness and changes in your mood. Get an early night to get a more productive you.
- EAT MORE FRUIT AND VEG - Fruit and vegetables contain most of your daily vitamins and minerals. These help our bodies to repair. Try drinking at least 2 litres of water a day to keep hydrated.
- CUT DOWN ALCOHOL - Alcohol may help you feel relaxed, but has very little nutritional benefits to it.
- GET ON THE MOVE - Try and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. You can do this simply by walking for this length of time daily at a moderate pace.
